1. Prepare the quotations according to the enquiry provided by sales

2. Support in preparing the bidding documents

3. Maintain Customer Data base irregularly
不定时地更新客户信息
4. Order handling in SAP

5. Responsible for the check of sales’ travel expenses
负责审核销售人员的差旅报销
6. Support in the visa application for sales’ oversea biz travel
协助销售办理海外出差签证事宜
7. Support in the arrangement of sales meeting, customer visit, etc.
协助销售会议、客户拜访等相关事宜
8. Document translation if requested
文件翻译
9. Support in marketing events and activities
协助市场活动
10. Other tasks assigned by the leader

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
· Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
· Have strong responsibility and general understanding of the role of sales back-up office in a company
· Good at office software
· Good communication skills in both oral and written English written
· SAP skills preferred
Education and Experience 教育背景及工作经历
· Bachelor Degree
· 2-3 years’ working experience in relate position.
