Major Responsibilities / 主要职责 1. All related activities of Projects Management(especially for Class II and III, non-Class pumps projects) 所有合同执行管理相关活动。 2. Support / assist Sales to prepare internal and external order confirmation. Kick off of contract excution and management processing. 支持、配合销售部门准备内、外部合同确认。启动合同执行与管理流程。 3. Managing & supervision of project schedule (incl. design, purchasing, machining, testing and dispatching) 管理、监督项目合同整体进度（包括设计、采购、机加工、试验与发运）。 4. Managing & supervision of project team; coordination of trans dept. cooperation and activities of the order excution. Organize coordination necenssary (internal/External) meetings and events, which directly related with contract excution and management. 管理监督项目团队工作；组织与合同管理执行相关的跨部门协作与配合。组织、协调所有直接与合同执行管理相关的会议与活动（内、外部）。 5. Supervision & control of the overall project cost (so far as system & organization allowed) ; issue the Change Proposal (CP) in-time acc. to the contracts and assist sales dept to handle the VO. 监督、管控项目整体成本（一目前体系与组织允许的范围）；及时根据合同约定提交外部合同变更申请并配合销售部门完成相应 的合同变更。 6. Comunication and documents submittal & management towards customer. 对口客户的沟通以及文件传递与管理。 7. Managing & Supvision of After-Care (Installation & Commisioning on-site, warranty management) 管理、监督售后活动（现场安装与调试，以及质保条款的相关活动与管理）。 8. 8. Invoice issuing & Payment application and Money Collection acc. to the contract / agreement. 根据合同或协议及时提交支付申请以及资金回笼。 9. Managing penalty negotiation (if any) with customer acc. to the contract agreement, with support of FI (Legal advisor) and Sales Dept. 在财务(法务意见）与销售部门配合下，根据合同相关约定于客户进行违约金索赔谈判（如有）。 10. Other ad-hoc tasks assign by line leader and department manager. 领导安排的其他工作。
Education Requirement/教育程度 University degree or bachelor degree; machinery engineering or application engineering. 本科及以上,主修工程机械或应用相关专业。
Working Experience/岗位经验 5+ years experience in engineering or contract management. 3年以上工程技术或合同管理从业经验。
Technical Skills/Knowledge/专业技能 Well working experience in commercial order processing. 在销售订单处理中有丰富的工作经验。 Familiar with order execution or training on the job understanding of technical coherences. 熟悉合同执行并且通过一定的培训可以理解合同执行中相关的技术内容。
