Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree from a prominent College or University
4+ years experience with ladies’ apparel and EU or US market
Well versed in fabrications, garment construction, garment manufacturing and have experience and knowledge of ladies’ sportwear market
Fluent in English with good verbal and written skills
Construction PC proficiency with word and excel


Job Description

Quotations, tech packs and corresponds with prospective vendors for price and delivery quotes
Samples Works with vendor, NY product manager and NY sourcing Manager on placing, approving and following up new salesmen sample requests
negotiate price and places orders
detail follow up, review and comment on approval for fabric, trims, lab dips, strike offs fit samples, pp samples and top samples
create cost sheet to review with New York office
Work with Fit techs and designers to get fit comments
Coordinate shipping
Communicate changes and updates in order information with vendor and NY associates
Update ERP with updated shipping information and style info
Quality Assurance Work with Quality Assurance department for lab and sample approval
Follow up for testing CPSIA reports Coordinate Third Party Inspections

Candidates with Costco production is a preferred.
