Job Summary:

This position has the responsibility for the quality inspector working in Jinshan workshop（在 上海金山区工厂工作，请慎重投递）

Functional Job Duties工作职责:
1,Read the project specification/Standard and understand the requirement.
2,Prepare for relevant fabrication procedures.
3,Prepare final MRB.
4,Develop the ITP per the project specification/drawing.
5,Work independently to perform the daily quality surveillance in workshop, in the whole process of the material, fabrication, assembly, coating and packing.
6,Conduct PIM with customer/supplier/PM.
7,Independently communicate with the customer representative.
8,Troubleshoot of quality issues during fabrication.
9,Work cross function from quality aspect.
10,Audit the vendor per the quality requirement of the company/project.
11,Willing to wear the necessary PPE required and assure to work under the HSE requirement.
12,Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications资格:
1,Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical major or quality management
2,5 years minimal experience in Quality Control., Especially work in vessel or piping industry. at least 2 years.
3,Welding and painting certificate are plus ,Such as CWI, IWE ,NACE certificate.
4,General knowledge of metal material ,including ASME,ASTM,GB and EN standard.
5,Good knowledge of welding, NDT, painting
6,General dimension control ability
7,Have ability to do final project documentation
8,Good English read/written capability, ability to communicate with customer independently.
