- This position main responsible is the welding engineer, responsible for the WPQR/WPS/WPQ/ WELDING BOOK/PWHT management, at the same time, he/she has the responsibility for the quality control of internal chemical process equipment.

Act as welding engineer responsible for:
- At the beginning of the project, check whether the WPS/PQR and WPQ meet the project requirements. it is necessary to timely supplement the test or add test if any
- Create the weld book for all the projects
- Welding document management

Act as inspector responsible for：
- Read the project specification/Standard and understand the requirement.
- Prepare for relevant fabrication procedures.
- Prepare final MRB.
- Develop the ITP per the project specification/drawing.
- Work independently to perform the daily quality surveillance in workshop, in the whole process of the material, fabrication, assembly, coating and packing.
- Conduct PIM with customer/supplier/PM.
- Independently communicate with the customer representative.
- Troubleshoot of quality issues during fabrication.
- Work cross function from quality aspect.
- Audit the vendor per the quality requirement of the company/project.
- Willing to wear the necessary PPE required and assure to work under the HSE requirement.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

General
Good knowledge of ASME IX, AWS D1.1, EN15614, ISO9606, NB47014/47013
Good knowledge of vessel and or pressure piping.
General knowledge of metal material ,including ASME,ASTM,GB and EN standard.
General knowledge of welding, NDT, painting or machining
General dimension control ability
Have ability to do final project documentation
- Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical major or quality management
- 5 years minimal experience in Quality Control., Especially work in vessel or piping industry. at least 2 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Good English read/written capability, ability to communicate with customer independently.
