Responsibilities (but not limited to): 1. Coordinate with creative and manage brand visual designs and concepts. 2. Oversee showrooms, exhibitions and displays for all brand activities. 3. Elevate brand image by implementing consumer-centric visual merchandising strategies, lead visual merchandising initiatives for new store openings, product launches, and product placements. 4. Work closely with Brand Director to gather artistic and creative direction for visual merchandising projects. 5. Provide store management with artistic direction required for all visual displays. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors (e.g. window installers, graphics, freelancers, flowers, props, etc.). 7. Support brand and sales departments in the organization of any type of events as well as photo-shootings styling. 8. Create training tools and materials regarding window displays and store interiors for both Retail and Wholesale channels. 9. Other task assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications (but not limited to): 1. International background with a minimum 3 years of Visual Merchandising / Interior Design experience. Home/furniture merchandising experience a plus. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. Able to inform and effectively collaborate with others infernally and across country lines as well as with vendors. Office language - English. 3. A leader who can manage from both; the office and the field, being an onsite, visible, motivational leader. 4. Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD. 5. Comply with company policies, company employee handbook, rules and regulations issued and updated by company in real time.
