Major Responsibilities / 主要职责 1. Grade based on the importance degree of products or outsourcing processes, prepare supplier QMS & nuclear QAP requirements for the suppliers, the audit procedure & check list respectively. 根据所拟采购的产品或分包的过程的重要程度,进行分级,并分别制定供应商质量管理体系与核电质量保证大纲要求和评审方法及检查表。 2. Implement audit to supplier QMS & nuclear QAP based on ISO9001, RCC-M, ASME and HAF003 respectively. 依据ISO9001、RCC-M、ASME和HAF003要求,评审供应商质量管理体系与核电质量保证大纲。 3. Process quality control according to the QCP or related documents ,such as on-site witness,review of quality certificate,etc. 根据质量计划或相关文件对供应商实施过程质量控制,如源地见证,质量文件审核等。 4. Offer or organize necessary quality training to suppliers according to QMS & nuclear QAP requirements. 根据质量管理体系与核电质量保证大纲要求,对供应商提供或组织必需的质量要求培训。 5. Set up correction action requirements for non-conformances found in supplier and follow the effectiveness of the implementatin of correction action. 对供应商存在的不符合项提出纠正措施要求并跟踪纠正措施实施的有效性。 6. Complete all other work arranged by the superior, including but not limited to domestic and overseas business trips. 完成领导安排的其他工作,包括但不限于国内外出差。
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experiences/专业知识,技能及经验 1. Education Requirement/教育程度 Bachelor or above, major in mechanical engineering 大学或以上,机械工程类专业 2. Working Experience/岗位经验 3+ years experience in quality control and quality assurance. 3年以上质量控制和质量保证经验,有无损检测经验优先考虑。 3. Technical Skills/Knowledge/专业技能 (1)Knowledge about QM methods and QM system requirements such as ISO9001, RCC-M, ASME, HAF003, etc. 熟悉质量管理方法和质量管理体系要求如ISO9001:、RCC-M、ASME和HAF003等。 (2)Experience in engineering application. 具有工程应用经验。 (3)Basic qualification or knowledge in audit. 具备审核员资格或审核知识。 (4)Basic knowledge about material and technical standards for mechanical or electric equipment. 具备材料基本知识、熟悉机械设备或电气设备有关技术标准。 (5)Basic knowledge about production methods and procedures of mechanical or electric equipment. 熟悉机械设备或电气设备生产方法和工艺。 (6)EDP proficiency (MS Office: Word/Excel, etc.). 熟练掌握电子数据处理手段如Word/Excel等。 (7)Good English including specific terminology about mechanical engineering. 良好的英语水平,包括熟悉机械工程专业术语。
