岗位职责：

1. According to production plan, organize (Prepare Paste phases)&(SMC/BMC Line phases) production operation plan, reasonable deployment of personnel and equipment, adjust production layout and production load, improve production efficiency.

根据生产计划，组织前/后道生产作业计划， 合理调配人员和设备，调整生产布局和生产负荷，提高生产效率。

2. Preside workshop meeting and coordinate the work of workshop.

主持车间例会，全面协调车间工作。

3. Supervise and give guidance in production process, also ensure high quality .

对生产标准化作业过程进行监督、指导，同时进行生产质量控制，保证生产质量。

4. Monitoring and check all the job done by team members to ensure its compliance with job, for the illegal operations, need to be warned and correction.

监督并检查所有工位员工的工作以确保符合要求，对于违规操作提出警告并指正。

5. Participate in analysis of product quality issue, formulate and carry out corrective and preventive actions.

参与产品质量问题的分析，制定并实施纠正和预防措施。

6. Check the production process, in order to handle out of Specification result, avoid the misusage of out of Specification result and insure out of Specification results without any approval or confirmation should not be accepted, delivered or shifted to the next procedure.

监督检查生产过程中的自检和互检，对已发生的不合格品进行控制，防止误用不合格品，确保不合格品未经批准或确认不得接收、交付或转入下道工序。

7. Assist inventory taking and participate the root cause analysis of difference. Responsible for execution of corrective measures.

配合定期库存盘点，根据盘点结果，参与分析差异原因的讨论，并落实整改措施。

8. Promote the 5S field management system. Realize modernization in standardization management.

推进5S现场管理制度，实现生产车间标准化管理。

9. After the production task is over, need to check the production checklist and OEE daily.

每日生产任务结束之后，生产检查表、OEE的检查。

10. Other tasks assigned by PRO manager.

协助生产经理完成其他工作任务。

QUALIFICATION

任职资格

1. College degree or above.

大专以上文化程度。

2. More than 3 years' experience in manufacturing field, preferably with background and experience in chemical industry.

3年以上制造业工作经验，有化工行业背景和经验者优先 。

3. Excellent analytical, communication skills and team work .

优秀的分析能力，沟通能力和团队合作精神。
