Provide business and administration support to the sales manager for imported food projects.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
1. Assist sales manager to do routine maintenance and follow up, supporting daily communication with Spanish manufacturers and different Chinese clients.
2. Assist in sales and after sales activities, including order processing, shipment coordination, document management, payment follow up, customer complaint management, etc.
3. Conduct marketing investigation including supermarket survey, competition information collection, and price comparison;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the sales manager;
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above;
2. 2-3 years relevant working experience in FMCG or Import & Export is preferred.
3. Good written & communication in English and Mandarin, Spanish is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills and coordination ability;
5. Passionate, patient and detail-oriented with initiative and positive working attitude, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
