能力要求/Skills Requirement:
1、Able writing & verbal speaking in English.能用英语进行书面表达.
2、Proficiency in MS Office.熟练使用办公软件.
3、Solidworks drafting skill is require.熟练运用 Solidwork绘图软件.
4、Able to understand market mechanical common part application.了解机械通用零部件的应用.
5、Bachelor degree, major in mechincal, at least 3 years' experience in machinery, machine building and engineering. 本科学历，主修机械、制造和工程类,3年以上工作经验

职责描述/Job Scription:
1、Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficiency: 监督指导生产过程，确保以安全、高效的方式完成工作。
2、Assist vendor on the technical issue and provide solution to support vendor build on time with smooth process. Mainly on Sheet Metal vendor. Clean up old document or drawing reflect to actual build if necessaries: 协助供应商解决技术问题，并提供解决方案，以支持供应商按时顺利完成生产，主要针对钣金供应商。必要时，清理旧文件或图纸，以反映实际的开发需要。
3、Review special machine configuration, specification & create kick off meeting document. To provide the Kick-off meeting to related vendor & production for special machine or new design: 审查特殊机器配置、规格并创建启动会议文件。针对特殊机型，与相关供应商和生产部门进行预备技术交流和工艺指导。
4、Responsible generate new work instruction & provide training to vendor / production: 负责制定新的作业指导书并向供应商/生产部门提供培训。
5、Document update (Drawing / WI / SOP) for related project assign by superior: 完成上级要求的相关项目的文件更新（图纸/WI/SOP）。
6、Involving in part localization activities, such as specification verify, test plan, test report, deal with vendor on test parts improvement: 参与零部件国产化工作，如规格验证，测试计划，测试报告，处理供应商对零部件的改进等。
7、Able handle project or task by individually:
能独立处理工程项目。
