Job description工作内容: 1.Regular purchasing activities like inquiry preparation/ commercial negotiation/ bid tabulation, purchase order preparation etc. under guidance of line Manager; 2.Maintain vendor & cost database; 3.Expedite order confirmation; 4.Responsible for contact with vendors to follow the order status; 5.Closely work with Production and Project team to well coordinate the material order and arrival; 6.Follow up the internal orders required by other ZEECO plants over the world; 7.Purchasing the equipment, tools, PPE stuff work shop requires; 8.Negotiate claims due to nonconformities with suppliers; 9.Vendor Management and speed up the material delivery; 10.Work under the guidance of superior when in difficulty and challenging problems; 11.Familiar with ERP system, good English and computer basic skills. 12.Payment apply monthly Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge 资格要求: 1.College degree or above,Major in accounting or business is essential. 2.3+ years purchasing working experience 3.Familiar with mechanical manufacturing is preferred. 4.Have outstanding communication and negotiating skills. 5.Strong computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office. 6.Good English read/written capability
