Responsibilities:
1. Develop challenging analog circuits independently, including circuit design, simulation, testing, debugging and improvement;
2. Determine system requirement, define project specifications according to customer’s requirement;
3. Lead the project development;
4. Contribute phenomenally to problem solving in circuit design, testing and debugging;
5. Supervise layout development;
6. Provide technical support for Customer/FAE/Sales.

Requirements:
1. Master degree or above in EE;
2. Has 3 or above work experience in analog , PLL or SerDes design;
3. Experience with the architecture design and production of LVDS RX/TX ,HDMI RX/TX,or DP RX/TX;
4. Experience with PLL, CDR, RX, TX or Equalizer design in deep-submicron CMOS;
5. Experience with SerDes PHY circuit design;
6. Experience with USB3.0, HDMI, MIPI, Display Port and PCI Express Transceiver.
7. Fluent in both English and Chinese;
8. Self motivated, good communication skill and team work spirit.

工作职责:
1. 独立开发有难度的模拟电路，包括电路设计、仿真、测试、调试及改进；
2. 根据客户需要定义系统需求、产品规格；
3. 带领开发项目；
4. 在电路设计、测试、调试中起主导作用；
5. 指导版图设计；
6. 为客户，应用工程师，销售人员提供技术支持。

职位要求:
1. 电子专业，硕士以上学历；
2. 有3年及以上模拟电路，锁相环或高速接口电路设计的工作经验；
3. 对下面一种电路有系统结构设计和量产经验: LVDS RX/TX ,HDMI RX/TX,or DP RX/TX;
4. 有 PLL,CDR,RX,TX 或 Equalizer的深亚微米设计经验;
5. 有 Serdes PHY 的电路设计经验;
6. 有 USB3.0, HDMI, MIPI, Display Port 或 PCI Express 的设计经验;
7. 中英文流利；
8. 勤奋踏实，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
