4.对直接下属进行绩效考核，并确保对其他生产部门进行绩效考核。

5.加强质量文化，通过对生产记录的持续监控和维护，确保生产计划得到维护。

6.让员工更有效地工作，从而提高生产效率，包括:

1)保持车间清洁有序，通过5S的导入，促进良好的工作环境

2)教员工尽可能多地使用机器来代替低效的手工劳动。

3)为员工提供实用的、动手操作的培训，以消除所有生产中的浪费。

4)在员工竞争文化和成本意识中创造现代空间，成为行业领导者。

7.负责生产区域的健康和安全。

资格:

1.3年以上木材制造经验。

2.熟悉油漆行业各工艺流程并有丰富操作及管理经验。

3.商店的固定装置或家具行业。

4.精益生产理念和成功经验。

5.熟悉木材的生产工艺、质量、成本和效率的控制。

6.英语流利优先考虑，ERP技能;

7.强烈的个性。

8.学习能力强，能承受工作压力。

良好的团队管理和人员发展。

Job Responsibilities:

1.Manage the production strictly follow the work order schedules set in ERP for on time delivery whilst meeting customer quality standards. 

2.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production efficiency reports which include the output and labor hours, machine utilization, reject rates, etc. All reporting should be via efficient use of ERP system NOT by manual methods of data collection. 

3.Build a professional team in production planning and shop floor supervision that meets the requirements to support production. 

4.Conduct performance appraisal for direct reports & ensure it is done for the rest of the production areas. 

5.Enforce a quality culture, right *** time. Ensure production schedules are maintained through continuous monitoring and maintaining of production records. 

6.Making the production more efficient and effective by getting employees to work smarter which includes: 

1) Keeping shop floor clean and orderly, promote good work place through the introduction of 5S 

2) Teaching employees to use machines as much as it can be to replace the inefficient hand work. 

3) Delivers practical, hands-on training to employees to eliminate waste in all production. 

4) Create in employee competitive culture and cost consciousness for Modern Space to be industry leader.  7.Responsible for health & safety in the production area.  

8.Perform additional assignments per line leader's direction. 

Qualifications: 

Experienced in Wood manufacturing 3 years above.

better in store fixture or furniture industry. 

Lean manufacturing concept and successful experience. 

Be good at wood manufacturing process, quality, cost and efficiency control. 

Fluent English, ERP skills ; 

Strong personality.

Quick learning and can work under pressure.

Good team management and people development.
