RESPONSIBILITY
岗位职责：
1. 熟悉原材料，负责新项目开发中产品相关的质量，包括完成控制计划、检验规范、质量控制文件的编制与发布；
Familiar with raw material, responsible for quality of a portfolio of products, coordinates all activities of quality from new project development phase, include control plan, inspection instruction, and quality control document.
2. 主导PFMEA和Control Plan的编制与评审, 参与DFMEA的编制与评审；
Coordinate with PFMEA and Control plan documentation and review; participate in DFMEA documentation and review.
3. 负责新项目PPAP文件中质量相关文件的编制、评审与提交；
Responsible for quality related documents in PPAP phase.
4. 参与APQP新项目开发各节点评审过程，对质量相关部分进行管控，及时识别并提出存在的质量风险，和项目小组一起做出改善并跟进改善结果；
Participate in each phase review meeting in develop process (APQP), focus on quality related and control, recognize quality risk in time and raise the flag, make action plan with the team together and follow up the results.
5. 组织相关人员对顾客投诉的质量问题召开8D分析，跟踪措施的落实和效果验证，更新8D报告并建立台账；
Organize the team to analyze and make action plan based on 8D, follow up the action plan implementation and verify, update 8D report and make record.
6. 负责对内部发生的产品质量问题展开调查，组织相关人员对发生的质量问题召开8D分析，跟踪措施的落实和效果验证，更新8D报告并建立台账；
Responsible for internal quality non-conformance, organize the team to analyze and make action plan based on 8D, follow up the action plan implementation and verify, update 8D report and make record.
7. 负责对转入Mass Production的产品进行过程审核，及时识别并提出存在的质量风险，和生产团队一起做出改善并跟进改善结果；
Responsible for process audit for mass production, recognize quality risk in time and raise the flag, make action plan with the team together and follow up the results.
8. 参与公司质量管理体系工作，如IATF 16949/ISO 9001，内、外部审核，管理评审，客户审核；
Participate in quality management system, such as IATF 16949/ISO 9001, internal and external audit, management review, customer audit.

QUALIFICATION
岗位要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历，高分子材料、化工等相关专业优先；
Bachelor's degree or above, prefer polymer material, chemical major.
2. 2年以上汽车零部件或模压、注塑相关行业质量管理工作经验；
More than 2 years' experience on auto-motive parts or molding industry.
3. 具有良好的沟通协调能力，熟悉质量控制及质量改进工作, 熟练应用品质工具，如8D， SPC等解决质量问题；
Good at communication with different people, familiar with quality control and quality improvement, familiar with quality tools as 8D, SPC.
4. 熟悉IATF 16949质量管理体系要求，以及5大工具的应用（APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA）；熟练使用VDA6.3/5进行过程审核；
Familiar with IATF 16949 and 5 tools application (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA), can use VDA6.3/5 to do process audit.
5. 英语四级及以上，具备基本的听说读写能力；
CET-4 or above, basic ability on listening speaking reading and writing.
6. 基本的office软件，如Microsoft outlook, excel, word。
