销售内勤Internal Sales 职位描述Job description: · 协助业务人员做好日常销售工作,如报价,样品提交,订单确认,订单执行等; Assist business personnel in daily sales work, such as quotation, sample submission, order confirmation, order execution, etc; · 更新和维护客户资料,为销售人员提供潜在的客户; Update and maintain customer information to provide potential customers for sales staff; · 完成因工作需要,部门主管或上级领导安排的任务; Complete the tasks assigned by the department head or superior leader due to work needs; · 确保系统操作的准确性与数据的准确性,制作业务统计报表 Ensure the accuracy of system operation and data, and make business statistical report 职位要求Job requirements: · 大专以上学历,两年以上市场或销售相关工作经验; College degree or above, more than two years working experience in marketing or sales; · 熟练操作熟悉使用Excel、Word等办公软件; Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word · 善于沟通,积极乐观、自信开朗、诚实正直; Good at communication, positive and optimistic, confident and cheerful, honest and upright; · 工作态度积极认真、责任心强,能够承受工作压力。 Work attitude is positive and conscientious, sense of responsibility is strong, can bear the work pressure. · 流利英语和普通话优先。 Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred.
