1. Lead consulting team for delivery of professional HR services to clients, including recruitment, payroll outsourcing, secondment, HR consulting project…; 2. Develop and maintain relationship with existing clients; 3. Work with client to set and balance priorities and communicates expectations to the team; 4. Strive for client standardization, ensuring that similar workflows and system coding are applied across clients; 5. Establish measurable goals/targets for team members; 6. Lead teams to performance incentives and penalties;
Requirements:
1. 5- 8 years of relevant experience in areas such as HR Outsourcing company, or HR Operations/ HR Outsourcing Centers; 2. Have experience in comprehensive HR functions, like recruitment, payroll services…; 3. Strong skill in presentation; 4. Excellent English and communication skills; 5. Client focused and customer sensitive service behavior; 6. Meticulous and results-oriented;
