Job Responsibilities 1.Supervise and guide the dedicated team for key accounts, ensuring optimal customer experience and operation excellence through excellent service, achieving team targets, and cost optimization. 2.Proactively manage staff by monitoring workloads, recruitment, performance management, training, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient team operations. 3.Assist the General Manager in achieving company service quality goals, monitor supplier performance, drive company changes, participate in supplier meetings, and maximize customer satisfaction and business opportunities. 4.Participate in special projects, assist in developing business plans and pricing strategies, provide special reports and analyses, and optimize resource allocation. 5.Supervise and train staff to ensure data accuracy and integrity, implement new systems, and strictly adhere to company credit policies by monitoring outstanding accounts.
