工作职责：

1. 负责工程和装配图纸的设计；

2. 改进现有的设计/概念，以适应客户的规格要求;

3. 在采购订单、设备调试阶段，支持采购和生产，在装配阶段进行手动/自动测试，以确保设计稳定；

4. 在项目期间记录或更新文件(BOM/图纸，…)

5. 向部门经理报告技术和日常工作问题，向项目经理汇报项目问题;

6. 标准化:维护工装矩阵(ID)，维护标准使用部件列表;

7. 与客户和供应商进行技术讨论:

a)根据项目经理的要求与中国及全球客户进行沟通;

b)根据采购要求与供应商进行直接沟通;

8. 能按时完成领导交办的工作；

9. 完成领导交办的其他工作。



基本技能：

1. 熟练使用Pro/E和AutoCAD；

2. 能够制作出3D模型和2D图纸；

3. 对FMEA, CPK, GR&R有良好的了解和概念；

4. 对项目运行有良好的概念；

5. 具备一般技术知识:材料(金属)、机械制造部件、气动、液压、机电一体化;

6. 流利的英语读写能力；

7. 在机械设计方面至少有5年的工作经验；

8. 本科或以上学历，机械设计制造及自动化相关专业。

9. 对于所负责的项目积极主动；

10. 能够承受较高的工作压力；

11. 有进取心，能独立工作；

12. 良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力；

13. 能够经受出差。


Basic responsibilities:
Produce detail engineering and assembly drawings for manufacturing;
Use as much as possible existing designs/concepts + adapt to meet customer specifications, design first time right;
Support purchasing and production for the ordering of the materials and in debug phase of the equipment: verify the design in assembly phase – test manually/automatically and make sure the design is stable;
Register or updating documentation (BOM/drawings,…) during the project;
Report to Resource owner for technical and daily work issues, report to Project manager for project issues;
Standardization: maintain tooling matrix (ID’s), maintain list of standard used parts;
Involved in technical discussions with customers and suppliers:
Communicate with Chinese and global clients ONLY on request of Project Manager;
Communicate with suppliers directly ONLY on request of Purchase;
Work towards deadlines: keep milestones;
Other works assigned by leadership.

Skills:
Be familiar with Pro/E and AutoCAD;
Be able to work out 3D models, be able to make 2D drawings;
Have good knowledge and a good overview of FMEA, CPK, GR&R.;
Have a knowledge of a project cycle;
General technical knowledge: materials (metals), machine building parts, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechatronics;
Good command of oral & written English;
At least 5 years work experiences in mechanical design;
Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical design manufacturing and automation or related fields;
Pro-active, take up responsibility for your project;
Be able to bear high work pressure;
Self-motivated & be able to work independently;
Good team work & communication skill;
Be able to business travel frequently.
