Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.Design and develop a variety of packaging solutions to achieve material integrity for a wide variety of products from factory to store while adhering to branding objectives and project plan.

2.Develop retail/consumer packages to support new products, existing item packaging, and improve supply chain viability.

3.Utilize cutting edge technologies and innovative design approaches in structural packaging solutions for the consumer product market.
利用先进的技术和创新的设计方法，在消费品市场的结构性包装解决方案中实现突破。
4.Develop print supplier database and directions for manufacturing process and partners.
为制造过程及合作伙伴开发印刷供应商数据库和指南。
5.Accountable for Cost, Schedule and Performance of the designs.
对设计的成本、进度和性能负责。
6.Manage documentation of new package designs to ensure high-level accuracy in what is communicated. Perform preliminary package feasibilities to determine proper package size, package style and impact on Supply Chain, store Environment and Store Operations teams.

7.Evaluate structural package designs for cost effectiveness, considering material options, manufacturability, and durability and effectiveness through the supply chain.

Job Qualifications – Education and Experience
工作资格 - 教育与经验
1.College degree or above in engineering
工程学位及以上学历
2. 2~5-yrs experience in consumer packaging development
2~5年的消费品包装开发经验
3.Basic knowledge of packaging materials (paper/plastic), packaging structure, packaging testing
基本的包装材料（纸张/塑料）、包装结构、包装测试知识
4.Excellent/demonstrated CAD design skills，package structure designer is preferred
卓越的/表现出色的CAD设计技能，有包装结构设计师经验者优先
5.Well oral and written English
良好的英语口头和书面表达能力
6.Have some understanding of the printing process

7.Can use MS Office software
