岗位职责：
1. Understand transistor level electrical circuit design.
2. Able to interpret memory IC design specifications
3. Mixed-Signal hardware design and analysis using computer aided design (CAD).
4. Proficient knowledge of and experience with EDA tools for schematic, circuit simulation and analysis, and various physical and electrical rules.
5. Knowledge of Linux, Shell, Perl and/or HSPICE.
6. Sufficient understanding of DRAM, SRAM or Flash Memory IC
7. Have good technical verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams is necessary. Examples include:
1）Help generating IBIS models for IOs.
2）Help running Verilog Simulation tools and analysis of our designs.
3）Help running Simulation with Finesim or Hsim.
8. Electrical circuit design and simulation for Memory IC.
9. Interpret design specifications.
10. Failure analysis about Memory IC.
11. Writing Design patent of Electrical Circuit for Memory IC
