Responsibilities: To ensure the smooth opening of each new store
I. Store Opening/Closing/Relocation Project Management
a. Draft/elaborate Project Brief for Brands’ design team so that all parties (Translatio internal teams/Brand’s design team/outsourced construction team) are clear on the scope and goals
b. Answer with proposal i.e. project scope, timeline, costs, benchmarking, research, etc
c. Negotiate contract terms (w/ Contractors/Suppliers)\
d. Manage/monitor project progress
e. Provide timely consultancy and be the contact point for landlords/Brands/contractors/suppliers during fit-out
f. Follow-up/monitor each stage of fit-out to ensure the schedule/budget is met
g. Ensure efficient/clear communication are made among landlord/construction team/Brands
h. Review the design, participate and contribute to weekly meetings w/ Brand/internal teams/contractors and suppliers
i. Do further research and analysis when necessary
j. Ensure necessary fixtures are ordered timely from each supplier
k. Manage/coordinate relevant supply/decoration contracts are signed
l. Monitor government submission progress to ensure required construction permit/approval documents are delivered before construction commencement/store openings
II. Existing stores’ condition
a. Propose/manage/coordinate necessary upgrade plan (budget/schedule)
b. Manage and monitor each existing store’s upgrade projects to be completed smoothly, and provide timely suggestions at all times, with assistance from the project coordinator
c. Store maintenance cost review if required
d. Monitor inventory condition of each fixture such as lightings/mannequins/display props etc, updated/managed by the project coordinator
e. Review cost for each upgrade/repair if necessary
III. Consultancy
a. Provide timely suggestions/proposals to Brands/outsourced professionals
b. Initiate regular meetings w/ outsourced professionals
c. Answer Brands’ inquiries w/ practical/efficient proposals, fully considering Translatio internal teams’ needs and *** execution, while understanding European standard
>Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 5 years of related project experience in the Retail industry.
- Strong ability in communication, coordination, team management, and execution.
- Be able to work under pressure and adaptable to frequent business trips. Good English skills both in written and oral
