Duties and responsibilities职责和责任:
1. Set up standard time and optimization, capacity analysis. 建立标准工时并优化，同时做相应的产能分析。
2. Make SOP，training SOP and ensure worker follow the SOP. 制定作业指导书，并培训与监督工人严格执行。
3. Continually improve the assembly quality and efficiency by optimizing the assembly process. 不断优化装配工艺，提供装配质量和效率。
4. Plant layout and plan their evolution. 车间布局与优化。
5. Advance of 5S project, check and optimize. 5S项目的推进，检查，提高。
6. AS work fixture, assembly process, inter process improvement. 装配车间工装夹具，装配工艺，内部流程改善。
7. Quality problem processing and customer complaints analysis to improve 质量问题处理和客户投诉分析改善。
8. Support outsourcing.（SOP，train and cost） 外包项目提供支持(作业指导书，培训，成本分析等)
9. Collection the rationalization proposals from workers then assessment and implementation. 员工合理化建议的收集，评定，执行。
10. Lean production project like VSM , 3P, SW, Visual management, and so on. 精益生产项目推动例如：VSM, 3P,标准作业，目视化管理等。
Requirements任职要求:
1. Be able to work under pressure, open mind and team work. 能够在压力下工作，思路开阔且具有团队意识。
2. 3+ year experience on IE. 3年以上的IE工作经验。
3. Good communication and organization skills, good at planning and follow up strictly 良好的沟通和组织能力，善于计划并严格执行。
4. College or above, good English spoken and written. 本科及以上学历，具备良好的英文读写能力。
