This is a role to leading our Rep office / buying office with 3-4 person under the team. Leading and managing the activities of: sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, quality, project development, logistics, office admin, financial, HR, etc. this role has to also personally in charge of 10+ key projects/suppliers with the same job function as his/her team members. Daily work between Chinese vendors and France several department/colleagues, to Guarantee the whole team’s job performance in line with the expectation.
Details job function:
1. In responsible for assigned diverse projects from the beginning (sourcing) until the end (delivery) : Sourcing, new project development, Pricing and terms negotiation, Production Management, Place order and order follow up, Quality inspections, Product improvement, Supplier management, After sale service support, Logistics coordination, etc 2. Define project strategy & supplier strategy to maintain a harmony supply source. 3. Timely implement and fulfill the assigned sourcing projects; 4. Managing and guide improvement of existing suppliers, developing new and backup suppliers ; 5. Research on Chinese market to understand the export, quality, regulation or norms, raw material price market and tendency , exchange rate, etc , anticipate and avoid potential risks. 6. Leading the pricing and terms negotiation; purchasing terms improving and cost saving ; 7. Orders and Production management, make sure product specification and technical requirement will be correctly implement on production, problems solving on assigned projects or vendors; 8. On-site for product quality inspections; Quality problems solving and driving continually quality improvement; 9. Logistic coordination, Ensure the on-time delivery schedule. 10. After sale service, deal quality complaint and provide solutions and carry out the improvements plans with suppliers. 11. Analyzing and reporting. 12. This candidate will leading his assigned key projects in corresponds to above job missions but also leading a team who has the same job functions and missions. This Candidate is in responsible of the work result of his/her team. 13. Qualification Requirements: 1. 10-15 years experience in similar post. 2. Technical background is necessary. 3. Experience or capable to managing various category of products and dealing with numerous suppliers during the same time. 4. Strong time management to fulfill the tasks within the deadline with the quality. 5. Able to work independently; Self-organize the job tasks without forgetting any one. 6. Leadership capable but as well as a team member ; 7. Strong problem-solving capacity, 8. Able to anticipate the risks, able to eradicate the same mistake happen twice time. 9. Executive power, capable to execute manager’s order; 10. Excellent communication skills (with suppliers, inner customers , inner colleagues) 11. Good English skills in both oral & written; (Oral English is mandatory required for communication with oversea colleagues) 12. Good skills in using “EXCEL”; “WORD” “POWERPOINT” , Able to analyzing and create complex excel tables or database for reporting, summary , analyzing and reporting. 13.
