1. Handle various types of projects or different categories of products from the beginning (sourcing) until the end (delivery); 2. Managing numbers of suppliers or vendors from supplying, pricing, manufacturing, quality, logistic perspectives; managing diverse product lines could be softline, hardline , electronic, consumer products, etc . 3. Timely implement and self-lead assigned sourcing projects. 4. Research on Chinese supply market to understand the export, quality, regulation or norms, raw material price market and tendency, exchange rate, etc 5. Pricing and terms negotiation; Able to make a right decision according to above No.4 numbers of factors. 6. Define project strategy & supplier strategy to maintain a harmony supply source. 7. Identify, develop, qualify and maintain suppliers for satisfy the cost, quality and delivery requirements. 8. Initiate and implement continuous improvement on design, quality, delivery, service and pricing. 9. On-site for product quality inspections; Quality problems solving and driving continually quality improvement; 10. Orders and Production management, make sure product specification and technical requirement will be correctly implement on production, problems solving on assigned projects or vendors; 11. Logistic coordination, ensure a on-time delivery rate. 12. Projects or Purchasing Database establishing, analyzing and reporting. 13. Assistance to Purchasing manager on any other assignments.
Qualification Requirements:
1. 8-10 years experience in sourcing and purchase activities. 2. Technical background is preferred, 3. Experience or capable to managing various category of products and dealing with numerous suppliers during the same time. 4. Strong time management and able to work independently; 5. Strong problem-solving capacity, 6. Executive power, capable to execute manager’s order; 7. Excellent communication skills (with suppliers, inner customers) 8. Good English skills in both oral & written; (Oral English is mandatory required for communication with oversea colleagues) 9. Good skills in using “EXCEL”; “WORD” “POWERPOINT” , Able to analyzing and create complex excel tables or database for reporting, summary , analyzing and reporting. 10. Willing for frequently traveling. 11. Stability, Integrity & honesty personality, "CLEAN" & SELF-DIGNIFIED "
