Job Description: 1. New project quality planning 2. Setup past problem history & roadmap and MSA planning 3. Gate audit for each milestone according to APQP 4. Customer PPAP submission and following 5. Production Quality monitoring, problem handling and control top 3 scraps in production. 6. Customer complaint handling covers production parts, trading parts and warranty parts; 7. Product Audit, process audit and LPA audit 8. Other tasks assigned by leaders
Job requirements: Education & experience 1. Engineering degree 2. More than 5 years work experience in Automotive and relative industry.
Key knowledge and skills: 1. Have the knowledge of assembly, quality management, project management 2. Be able to use the quality tools such as 8D,5why, ISHIKAWA, FTA to do the analysis for quality issue 3. Have the experience of customer complaints and know the customer requirements 4. Have the knowledge and experience of IATF16949 quality system and PPAP,APQP,DOE, SPC, FMEA MSA. 5. Be able to handle the non-conforming parts with the company procedure. 6. Customer-orientation, communication and negotiation skills in a multi-cultural environment, problem solving, languages (Chinese, English)
