JD：
按照电路、版图设计的需求完成IC 版图的布局，设计，开发和验证
在版图设计中，充分考虑匹配、屏蔽保护、互联线宽、寄生优化、latch-up以及ESD保护等；
DRC，LVS，ANT等版图物理验证；
CMOS工艺和设计规则，了解BCD/Bipolar等工艺；
熟悉stand cell 设计，压缩版图面积；
熟悉不同foundary（TSMC，SAMSUNG，SMIC）深亚微米先进工艺（7nm，16nm,28nm）的设计规则；




Requirements：
大学本科以上学历，微电子／电子工程／通信工程等相关专业 ；
相关的物理设计工作经验或tape-out成功经验；
熟悉DRC，LVS、ANT等流程；
熟悉EDA工具，如 Virtuoso，Laker，Calibre等；
熟练使用tcl/perl/phython等；
良好的英文沟通能力；
