PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

？ Responsible for general ledger routine tasks.
？ Prepare month end closing and to insure an efficient process.
？ Participate in preparing the company’s financial outlook, annual budgets and long-range financial models.
？ Maintain fixed assets ledger, control and tracking capital spending.
？ Purchase requisition GL account and cost center maintenance.
？ Prepare account reconciliation to ensure no unreconciled items at every month end
？ Perform reconciliation with intercompanies to ensure no outstanding items with allied interncompanies.
？ Implement internal control procedure and execution and facilitate regular internal/external audit
Lead cashier to ensure timeliness and accuracy of payment for China
？ Participate in various finance projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

KNOWLEDGE and CERTIFICATION:
Required:
？ University degree in Finance or equivalent.
？ 4 or 5 years accounting working experience in multi-national companies, preferable in similar industry as SPX Cooling.
？ CICPA, ACCA, CGA preferred


SKILLS:
？ Familiar with SAP operation. Implementation experience preferred.
？ Demonstrates strong organizational skills, including follow up on his/her needed actions.
？ Demonstrates strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

ABILITIES:

？ Demonstrates ability to learn quickly in a new environment.
？ Demonstrates teamwork abilities, as well as persistence, when dealing with suppliers, and with internal departments, such as engineering, finance, sales and project management.
？ Demonstrates ability to relate well to all levels of SPX employees, suppliers and customers.
