Typical Duties: 1、Order process, including order confirmation, delivery arrangement, order tracing, etc. 订单处理,包括确认订单、安排运输、跟踪订单等; 2、Product inquiry, including quotation, application, stock availability, lead time, etc. 产品查询,包括报价、应用、可用库存、提前期等; 3、Complaint settlement, including product quality and delivery complaints, etc. 处理投诉,包括产品质量问题、运输问题等; 4、Team work with other Dept. (Logistics Dept., Finance Dept., Quality Dept., Product Dept., etc.) and hold good relationships with customers. 与其他部门(物流部、财务部、质量部、产品部等)合作,与客户保持建立良好关系; 5、Establish and maintain the customer data base. 建立并维护客户数据库; 6、Provide effective data management support for sales team to accomplish yearly sales budget. 为完成年度销售指标,给销售团队提供有效的数据管理支持; 7、Manage business sales data for routine reports and assist management report. 为日常报告管理业务销售数据,协助管理报告; 8、Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records. 使用数据库或其他计算机系统更新客户记录; 9、Maintain sales commission and expense records and generate sales reports and statistics. 维护销售佣金和费用记录,出具销售报告并统计数据;
Requirements: 1、Bachelor degree or above 2、Good command of English in written, spoken English is plus 3、Assertive and energetic, able to work under pressure 4、Good command of MS Office and ERP/SAP system. 5、At least 3 years’ experience in similar industry.
