Main Purpose of the Job:
Function as the Project Quantity Surveyor and work with Project Director / Senior Surveyors in delivering professional pre and post contract M&E QS services.
行使项目估算师职能，与项目董事/高级估算师一起工作，提供合同前及合同后专业的机电QS服务。


Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
- Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow.
编制合同前的造价估算与项目现金流；
- Preparation of tender documentation
编制招标文件；
- Tendering process and tender evaluation
进行招标工作及评标工作；
- Post-contract administration and management – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report
合同签字后的管理：合同文件、进度款估价、变更估算及造价控制报告；
- Finalization of project final accounts
完成项目最终结算。
- Involvements in other non-traditional areas such as procurement management, feasibility study, value management , capital allowances, life-cycle costing, project analysis
参与其他相关工作，如采购管理、可行性研究、价值管理、折旧提成（资本减免）、生命周期成本、项目分析。


Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
- Basic technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
具备计量、成本估算、施工技术、合同与法律方面的基本技术知识；
- Understand and be familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
理解并熟悉专业惯例与合同管理程序；
- Able to work as a team player
具有团队合作精神；
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent from recognized universities
HVAC- Bachelor degree with major in HVAC/Building Environment and Facilities Engineering /Water Supply;
Electrical –Bachelor degree with major in Electrical Engineering and Automation/Automation;
认可院校的机电工程或相关专业的本科或大专毕业；
暖通 - 供热通风与空调工程/建筑环境与设备工程/给排水等专业学士毕业；
电气 - 电气工程及其自动化/自动化等专业学士毕业；
- Diploma holders with 2 to 5 years relevant QS experience
大专以上学历，2-5年QS相关工作经验。
