主要职责：
1. Design and conduct experiment tests base on fundamental understanding and engineering experience,in solving problem and project execution
2. Lead projects on process continuous improvement, driving on cost reduction/ yield improvement/ capability enhancement etc
3. Build process, parameter control and pilot process and process qualification
4. Collate and analysis data to provide solutions to technical problems
5. Develop / maintain the manufacturing processes / fixtures / tools
6. Prepare / update working instructions for production
7. Take the lead of new product introduction (NPI)
8. Work closely with other departments / vendors on manufacturingcapability,capacity,quality, new processes and prepare DFM

任职要求：
1.College or BA degree and majored in Mechanical Manufacturing or Automation Engineering
2.Fluent English both in speaking and in writing3.Minimum of 3 years working experience in manufacturing engineering.
4+ years process engineering experience in mass production or development4.Familiar with PPAP/APQP
5. Good data analysis and problem-solving skills
6. Good communication and coordination skill. Strong sense of responsibility and innovation
7. Familiar with Autocad、Pro-e
8. Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
