职位描述:
Main Responsibility:
1. Liaise and coordinate shipment with warehouse and shipping.
与仓库和运输公司联络、协调运输事宜;
2. Process orders from customers and complete the shipment deliver plan.
客户订单处理以及完成出货计划;
3. To perform all reports required by customer.
完成客户需要的所有报告;
4. To provide good advice and service to customers to satisfied demands.
提供良好的建议与服务以满足客户需求;
5. Decrease and handle with customer’s complain.
减少与处理客户投诉问题;
6. Operation and maintain the logistics management system;
操作和维护物流管理系统;
7. Other duties may be assigned.
完成领导分配的其他任务。
Requirements:
1. College graduation, prefer majored in logistics, trading or English;
大专以上学历,物流、国际贸易或英文专业优先;
2. 2+ years working experience for logistics operation or customer service, in warehousing &fashion would be a big plus;
2年以上物流操作或客服工作经验,有服装物流行业背景优先;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and work under pressure, good team player;
有强烈的责任感,愿意去学习,能在压力下工作,良好的团队合作能力;
4. Good command of English in reading and writing;
良好的英语读写能力;
5. Familiar with logistics management systems and skilled in MS office;
熟练使用物流管理系统以及Office办公软件;
6. Good command of communication skills;
具有良好的沟通技能。
