职责描述：
- Manage and develop the supply chain in support of Mechanical components
- 管理， 开发机械件的供应链
- Lead localization project and drive cost saving project to meet annual localization percentage and cost reduction performance.
- 管理国产化和成本下降项目，达到每年目标国产化率和成本下降的目标
- If required, develop global sources of supply to meet quality, delivery and cost requirements
- 如果有需要，发展海外供应链，达到公司的对产品质量，交货期和成本要求。
- Understand and use of mechanical technology in the sourcing Mechanical components and materials, such as Stamping, sheet metal, die casting, plastic components， Electronic Motor，magnet, etc.
- 熟练应用机械工程的技术在采购机械零件和材料上，零件包括冲压，钣金，铸造，塑料，电机,磁铁等
- Perform periodic business reviews with key suppliers
-定期评审供应商的绩效
- Drive quality improvement with SQE, on time delivery with purchaser and cost metrics for supply base within the Category.
- 和SQE一起提高供应商供货质量，和采购一起确保及时供货，制定价格成本控制管理。
- lead lean project at sourcing department such as Kanban , JIT, Third parts logistic etc.
- 管理精益生产中采购部相关的项目，如Kanban, JIT, 第三方物流等。

任职要求：
- Above college degree required
- 大专以上学历
-5+ years of supply base management, with a broad range of Mechanical category experience
- 5年以上在供应链管理和各种各样机械料的采购经验。
- Experience in Purchasing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Commodity Management is required
- 有采购，合同管理，供应商管理，料件管理的经验。
- Need strong communication skills
- 需要好的沟通技巧
- Must be able to communicate in English
- 有英语听说写的能力。
- Able to travel domestically.
- 能在国内出差。
- Have Driver license.
- 有驾照。
