Job Description：

1.负责新产品的工装夹具设计，以及工艺卡片的编制。

 Be in charge of Fixture Design for new Products, and make Process File.

2.协调并跟进工装夹具的制作以及后期的完善。

 Follow up the fixture fabrication and design adjustment

3.负责铆接及冲压设备的调试，从而满足产品的一致性。

 Be in charge of adjustment of riveting and press machine to meet stable products.

 4.协助解决生产现场的工艺问题。

 Support to fix technological problems on-site

 5.测量及分析日常产品尺寸数据，并对工装夹具进行持续优化。

 Measure and analysis Key-dimensions from daily output, and do the improvement for the fixture.

任职要求:

Job Requirements:

1: 大学本科机械相关类专业。

Bachelor degree in major of Mechanical.

2：2年及以上机械设计或者工装夹具设计经验。

2 years mechanical and fixture design experience.

3: 能熟练运用3D绘图软件。

Proficient in 3D design software.

4: 能熟练运用CAD 2D绘图软件。

Proficient in CAD design software.

5: 良好的动手及协作能力。

Good hands-on ability and good team player.
