Job Responsibility & Accountability
- Building and sustaining deep relationships with clients, managing projects to fully meet clients’ expectations
- Managing the engaged team or assisting the engagement partner in carrying out quality audit and other assurance services to clients across various industries
- Anticipating the range of possible solutions and follows up with research and analysis to reach sound conclusions
- Assisting with the preparation of audit proposals and presentations
- Managing all aspects of audit engagements including planning, staff scheduling, administration, closely monitoring engagement progress to meet the report deadline
- Managing business processes, making and promoting decisions at an appropriate level
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance relevant disciplines from major universities in china or overseas
- At least four years relevant industry audit experience
- CICPA member or in preparation
- Good professional skills, proficient in international accounting standards
- A strong command of oral and written Chinese and English
- A good team player, responsible and dedicated to work under high pressure
- Strong organization skill, problem solving ability and leadership are the advantaged personal attributes for this position
工作职责
- 建立并维护良好的客户关系，进行项目管理，充分满足客户的需求
- 管理项目团队，协助项目***实施高质量审计，为各行各业的客户提供其它鉴证服务
- 可行性解决方案设计，实施调研分析与跟进，找到合理有效的解决方案
- 协助准备审计业务计划书和相关演示文稿
- 管理审计项目的各个方面，包括审计计划、人员安排及管理、密切监督项目进程，确保审计报告按时出具
- 管理业务流程，作出恰当决策并推动决策的贯彻执行
- 领导团队，为团队成员提供指导、培训并给予建设性的反馈
职位要求
- 国内/国外重点大学会计或财务相关专业本科以上学历
- 四年以上审计行业相关工作经验
- 取得中国注册会计师资格证书或正在考取期间
- 优秀的专业技能，精通国际会计准则
- 中英文口语及书写能力强
- 具有团队合作精神、责任心强、能够应对较高的工作压力、爱岗敬业
- 具备较强的组织能力、解决问题能力、领导力者优先考虑
