61 Assembly process analysis, including flow chart, layout, cycle time, welding elements distribution, operators, area; stage-investment and flexible line analysis. 61 Preparation of all technical documents for quotation, including assembly process PPT, CT sheet, layout, equipment list, BP sheet. 61 Solution for complex assembly lines, like main floor, rear floor, rear wheelhouse, firewall, shock tower, sidewall inner/outer, Dooring. 61 To communicate with plant team to consider reuse/non-turnkey in quotation. 61 To communicate with mechanical designer to finish fixture concept at the design stage. 61 To communicate with assembly line suppliers if need quotation support. 61 To support assembly launch team, like ECR evaluation, additional welding lines quotation.
b. Requirement
61 Experience in assembly process planning, like A/B pillar, front/rear rail, front/rear wheelhouse, rear/main floor, Dooring. 61 Experience in carrying out complex solution & rough simulation for automatic lines. 61 Experience in plant layout planning. 61 Experience in cycle time investigation for different processes, like spot welding, arc welding, laser welding, SPR process, FDS process, material handling CT. 61 Having design background (mechanical engineer), familiar with fixture and gripper design is preferred. 61 Familiar with different equipment (welding system, transportation system, gluing system, SPR system, FDS system, etc.) in BIW lines. 61 Knowledge of safety and control systems. 61 Knowledge of AutoCAD, Catia and UG. 61 Good work attitude, high sense of responsibility, self-learning ability. 61 Oral and written English is a must.
