1. Prepare, train, and educate suppliers on internal processes, supply chain best practices, and key performance indicators prior to and throughout operations. 2. Establish, monitor, and continuously improve specific performance goals for suppliers 3. Place purchasing orders according to purchase requirements and send them to suppliers correctly. 4. Partner with suppliers to review their operations, make recommendations for improvement, and influence change. 5. Collaborate with sourcing engineer or product manager to escalate and resolve Supplier supply issues. 6. Handle issues that related with supplier: return, quality etc 7. Analyses ability 8. Other task as assigned by supervisor 能够熟悉公司内部采购流程、KPI,并指导供应商 供应商管理:与供应商紧密合作,建立完善跟进机制、并监控供应商实际供应情况,对供应商操作流程提出改善建议,持续提升供应商服务。 创建采购单,确保采购单信息准确传达给供应商 订单管理:对采购订单及时跟踪和控制,避免由于采购延迟影响公司的服务质量。保持与供应商的沟通,及时确认交货时间,对于货期异常及时与供应商和内部业务部门沟通,将货期变化的影响降到最低。 跨部门沟通协作:与销售、采购工程师、产品经理紧密合作,解决采购过程中的相关问题包括货期,退货,质量等 上级安排的其他工作
任职要求 : 1. Bachelor’s Degree required in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Product Management, Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent along with 2 to 3 years of related experience . 2. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management fundamentals, DC operations, purchasing and transportation. 3. Strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration within team, with business partners, and with cross-functional stakeholders. 4. Problem solving. 5. Exposure to SAP and BW desirable. Proficient in Excel 6. Good verbal and written communication skills 7.
