Candidate profile Work effectively as an integral member of the GC visual service team assisting project teams, principals and partners for advanced visual solution for a slide or a presentation. The person has solid skill in PowerPoint and familiar with graphic design of a publication. Responsible for the publication design work for client related materials, events or important marketing purpose. Highly organized, able to multi-task and work well in an environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
Task profile and areas of responsibility · Participate in ideation and conceptual development of events experiences · Outline user experience through entirety of events, including touchpoints · Create cohesive and compelling experiential and visual designs that effectively communicate client goals and brands with complex style guides · Produce and create design specifications, storyboards, scenarios, and design prototypes · Skillful in adobe design software and can provide visual solution to PPT slides especially the key slides creation · Support all design decisions with creative, strategic, and business reasoning, both verbally and visually · Balance multiple projects and tasks effectively and deliver assignments on time · Act as integral member of the GC visual service team and provide adequate support and back up to other team members when required · Highly organized and proactive in coordinating, managing and communicating on workflow and capacity · Perform ad hoc duties as assigned or required, (e.g., printing and binding) · Responsible for publication design for client related materials, events or other important marketing purpose
Required qualifications · 1+ years of user experience and user-centered design expertise · Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred · Expertise in systemic thinking and strong knowledge of interaction design principles and methodology · Advanced knowledge of visual design theory (i.e., composition, color theory, typography etc.), and a keen understanding of user behavior as it relates to desige · Advanced skill level in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and openness to come up to speed with new emerging technologies quickly · Advanced level experience with MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word - Fluent English skill is must.
