岗位职责Responsibility: 1,通过电话等方式跟踪客户并保持良好关系Follow up leads over the phone and keep close relationship with clients; 2,通过包括销售电话等方式建立潜在客户渠道Prospect for leads to build a pipeline, including heavy cold calling; 3,分析客户每一潜在客户并获取必要信息Qualify each lead and capture necessary information; 4,管理客户以维持现有关系并争取在业务份额上的增长Manage accounts to retain existing relationships and grow share of business; 5,维护和保持更新CRM系统的记录Maintain and keep up to date all CRM records; 6,处理监控客户的诉求及任何其他问题Deal with and monitor customer queries and any other customer issues; 7,通过与客户保持沟通确保业务的增长和保留Communicate with customers promoting business retention; 8,时刻关注当前和最新行业发展和趋势Keep eyes on industry development trends.
岗位要求Requirements: 1,物流行业客服或销售岗位1年以上工作经验one year experiences in logistic field, Client Relations or Inside sales position; 2,报价及市场背景更佳Pricing background and market knowledge will be a big plus; 3,热情大方,对销售电话不抗拒并愿意时刻跟踪Enthusiasm and generosity, eager to make cold calls and follow up closely; 4,强烈的责任感和时间观念,能按时完成工作Strong sense of responsibility and a firm concept of time, be able to work to deadlines; 5,具有良好的团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力Have a good sense of teamwork and good communication; 6,英语口头和书面沟通能力更佳Good verbal and written English communication skills will be a big plus; 7,熟练使用office软件Good skill on Office Software.
