职责描述：
1. Monitor and manage the quality of the manufacturing process and improve the stability of processing quality. Achieve the target of the annual personal goals in the performance evaluation.
2. Involve in the new project quality planning, make up control plan, MSA and submit PPAP.
3. Establish and update quality related documentation.
4. Deal with customer complaints timely, organize problem analysis and follow up the corrective actions.
5. To be customer window for audit, communication, customer's special requirement, etc.
6. Participate in quality audit such as process audit, product audit and layer audit.
7. Collect and analyze quality data and contribute on quality continuous improvement.
8. Complete other daily work delegated by line manager.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology or the equivalent.
2. Over eight years' experience on Quality Management or Production Technology, preferred in electronics and automotive industry.
3. Knowledge of TS16949 ; SPC, FEMA, APQP, PPAP,MSA,8D and other quality management tools.
4. Good communication and team work spirit.
5. Good at written and spoken English.
