KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Support sales to quote and get the business for Aftermarket.     

- Involve Design, Finance, Technical on cost analysis

2. Coordination of prototype development for project    

- Including test and customer sample order; 

- Determine the requirement and appointment for internal and customer prototype;

3. Leading the process of 1st order delivery and mass production related technical problems  

- Work together with colleagues of related department including domestic and overseas to provide solutions to meet customer needs;  

- Support the colleagues from Sales, Purchasing, Quality and Production engineering departments.

- Ensure documentation are prepared properly according to the procedure

4. Overseas Projects follow up  

- Overall planning for overseas project implementation in China branches.

- Conference call with oversea colleagues weekly for project report. 

- Drag resource by cross function communication in China to confirm sample & Order delivery.  

- Work together with global project team for continues improvement in aim to improve customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering

- 2-3 years relevant experience in automotive industry company, experience in Aftermarket is preferred

- Understand Control plan and have cross function coordination skills.  

- Fluent English, both written and spoken
