Main Responsibilities工作职责：

负责跟进客人的新品开发和大货；有能力对任何延迟和质量问题提出解决方案
协助供应商或工厂，确保所有的开发样及时、准确无误,为每个生产细节与工厂密切合作；
监控每周生产计划和出货跟踪，并与相关部门会面，以检查和解决问题
对工厂的技术支持，并监控批量生产，确保每个订单顺利进行，按时交付合格的货物
解决上述过程中出现的问题，包括但不限于品质、价格、交期等
快速响应客人的日常询问和要求
严格遵守公司政策、业务守则
订单的文件处理
能跟老外英文交流沟通




1. Follow up customer / buyer's new products development and bulk production; capable to bring solutions for any late and quality issues
2.Monitoring weekly production plan and shipment tracking & meet associate parties in order to check out and solve problematic issues
3.Work closely with factories to ensure all development samples are correct and on time; Work closely with factories for each detail;
4.Technical support to the factories, and monitor bulk production to ensure every order going smoothly and qualified goods ship on time;
5.Solve problems during above procedures, including but not limited in quality, price, lead-time, etc.;
6.Quick response to customer / buyer's daily inquiries and requirements;
7.Following strictly the Company Policy.
8．Filling documents such as PI, PO, agreement etc.
9. English is a plus
