· Is responsible for the validation of new products drawings.
新产品图纸的确认。
· Defines the project schedule, communicates to everyone involved, follows it and updates it.
确定项目时间表，与相关人员沟通，及时跟踪并更新。
· Reviews and approves or rejects customer specifications.
回顾、批准或拒绝客户规格书。
· Confirm the mould drawing and manufacturing process based on customer request with project team.
根据客户需求与项目小组一起确认模具图纸及制造工艺。
· Organizes and communicates project with meetings with project team, and provides weekly report.
组织会议，与项目小组成员沟通并提供周报。
· Reviews and understands product quotation. Communicates of any changes affecting the quotation during the development.
回顾、了解产品报价。沟通那些在开发期间任何影响报价的事宜。
· Provides BOM, Packaging Document and Standards information for new products.
给新产品提供BOM、包装文件和标准信息。
· Work with QA Engineer for Defect range board and get approval from customer.
与QA工程师合作，制作不良看板并获得客户批准。
· Provide jigs and dies technical requirements to Assembly Engineer for New Products.
为新产品的组装工程师提供夹具和技术需求。
· Analyze technical problems during the development and provides solutions.
在项目开发期间，分析技术问题并提供解决方法。
· Arrange, follow and analyze the tests for new product samples.
安排、跟踪和分析新产品样品的测试。
· Arrange, follow and submit PPS (final samples)
安排、跟进和承交PPS(最终的样品)
· Arrange and follow the pilot run and solve problems。
安排和跟进小批量试生产和解决问题。
· Follow the *** mass production and solve any problems
跟进***次量产和解决问题。
· Provide information to Designer on changes to product drawing.
给设计人员提供关于产品绘图上变更的信息。
· Provides final information on customer specifications, BOM file, packaging file and complete set of prints and artworks to Document Control.
提供最终的客户信息、BOM文件、包装文件、完整的绘图进行文件管控。
任职资格：
· Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
本科学历，机械工程或相关专业
· 1 year experience as a mechanical engineer for product design or launch.
1年机构工程师经验。
· Be familiar with the mould and injection process.
熟悉模具图纸及注塑工艺。
· Molding or cosmetic package experience is preferred
注塑或化妆品包装经验优先
· Good at English both spoken and written.
良好的英语说写能力。
· Have ability to create and manage project development schedule.
具备创造、管理项目开发时间表。
· Have ability to do problem analyses and problem solving.
具备分析问题和解决问题的能力。
