Key accountabilities:
"* Plan and implement the PRC retail network development strategy
"* Identify cities and locations for points of sale (stand-alone, concessions, corners, other retail distribution points)
"* Negotiate commercial terms with landlords
"* Projects evaluation with financial analysis
* Work with brand’s lawyers in negotiating tenancy agreements
"* Participation in the planning of product strategy and customer strategy in cooperation with Sales, Marketing
"* Maintain strong relationship with all department stores & developers.
"* Keep & update all potential project opportunities.
"* Have vision for all future development projects & make the best proposal to company.
"* Monitor all possible development & upgrade of shopping arcade.
"* Compile professional site analysis reports to HQ for location analysis submission.
"* Have the capability work with best commercial terms for company.
"* Have strong relationship with luxury brands so as to form certain invisible strategic partnership to increase the bargaining power with landlord.


Qualifications, skills & experience:
*Fluent in both oral and written English
*at least 1 years Business Development experience
*work in retail fashion industry (Fashion luxury brand is a plus )
*relevant degree, composite luxury knowledge is preferred
"*excellent organization, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
*able to identify and map out all key players in targeted luxury industry and analyze each client needs
*able to think longer-term and act in a strategic and tactical way and to work remote in an international team
*with a broad customer or sales background
