1. 博士,5年以上药物化学研发经验,3年以上研发团队管理经验(15-50人)。
2. 具有扎实的有机合成知识,精通新药研发各阶段的药化知识,尤其是先导化合物的发现、优化及如何建立化合物的构效关系。
3. 擅长应用化合物与蛋白酶的晶体结构来合理设计新型的目标分子路线;具有一定的ADME方面的知识,并能通过化合物分子的结构变化来改善其体内、外的药代动力学性能。
4. 具有丰富的领导经验,很强的沟通、协调能力,为研发人员提供指导和培训,能够独立带领2-5个研发团队完成新药研发任务。
5. 熟练掌握化学专业英语,在听、说、读、写方面能与国外客户进行交流。
6. 有海外留学或相关工作经验者优先。
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise team(s) of medicinal chemists (BS, MS and Ph.D. levels)
- Scientific leadership for driving successful outcomes of various drug discovery initiatives/efforts
- Effective management of resource allocation and utilization
- Recruit and develop key staffs/employees
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry with strong scientific/publication track record
- 5+ years drug discovery experience in leading team solving challenging synthetic problem and medicinal chemistry issues
- An experienced individual to lead multiple group of medicinal chemists working on the hit identification, hit to lead optimization, and development of SAR for modern drug discovery
- Extensive experience and knowledge of structure-based drug design using protein structure information for medicinal chemistry research is also preferred
- Ability to coach, mentor and develop coworkers and younger staffs
- Efficient communicator with coworkers from other functional areas。
