1. Responsible for the installation, commissioning, customer training and after-sales service of all products of the company;
2. Responsible for the technical support of all products, on-site and off-site services such as electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis and troubleshooting;
3. Responsible for making the daily maintenance plan and spare parts plan of the equipment in use;
4. Responsible for answering customers' questions and providing feedback to the company in time, and providing solutions for improvement of equipment performance;
5. Responsible for sorting out customer problems and forming reports to submit to the company;
6. Serve customers on behalf of the company and improve customer satisfaction;
7. Be willing to travel;
8. You can work under pressure;
9. Complete the work assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in electromechanical, environmental engineering, chemistry or related field, 3 years working experience, being familiar with Siemens, FESTO and other control systems and application software is priority;
2. At least 3 years of after-sales service experience, familiar with after-sales service process;
3. At least 1 year repair and maintenance of environmental protection equipment;
Familiar with the repair and maintenance of plastic pipe fittings, pumps, valves, electrical cabinets, etc;
5. Familiar with fluid process;
6. Be able to read and draw CAD drawings and make PPT;
7. Good team spirit, communication and coordination skills, excellent communication skills with customers, strong hands-on ability, can bear hardships and stand hard work;
8. Good customer service awareness, able to travel frequently and long term;
9. Ability to listen, speak, read and write English.
