Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Conduct regular visits, maintain strong relationships with existing clients by offering ongoing support and addressing any issues that arise during client interactions. 2. Work closely with China/global SAM/marketing/sourcing/operation/engineering/CS team for winning business opportunities. 3. Develop new customers and opportunities, focus on spec-in activities and follow through with the customers. 4. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market opportunities. 5. Be able to plan the sales strategy for responsible accounts. sales/marketing/sourcing/operation/engineering/CS team for winning business opportunities. 6. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Education At least university graduated, engineering background would be preferable. Qualifications 1. at least 2 years working of sales experiences, OEM/ODM or electronics industries related is preferred. 2. Be able to drive. Skill 1. Good at new business development. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Strong skills in drive spec-in and coordinating with other functions. 4. Understand the ODM/OEM business model. 5. Good at customer relationship building. 6. Middle level in English speaking, writing, reading and listening. Attitude 1.
