Understand and implement the procedure of management in quality aspects seriously.
Participate daily quality meeting with other operational team.
Create control plan & support quality assurance/control team to understand and implement control plan.
As one of core team members, responsible for new products APQP process and submit PPAP package to customers.
Handle internal and external complains from APQP to SOP stage, root cause analysis for failures and defectives; fast response to customer complaints, submit 8D report to customers.
Implement and push the continuous improvement plan to meet target and reduce the failure & defect PPMs.
Organize and prepare customer visits and system audits.
Performs statistical analysis and trend monitoring of quality measurements.
Set and maintain control plan, monitor and evaluate control plan in order to guarantee product and process quality according customer specifications.
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
职位要求:
3 years or above experience in components quality management in automotive industry.
Familiar with VDA6.1/TS16949/ISO14001system ; prefer with internal auditor certification.
Familiar with the quality tools eg. APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, DOE.
Good negotiation and communication skills both in English and Chinese.
