？ Managing all aspects of engagements including planning, staff scheduling, working program preparation, administration, closely monitoring engagement progress to meet the budget and deadline
管理咨询项目的各个方面，包括计划、人员安排，编制工作方案，行政事务及密切监督项目进程，合理把控项目预算并满足截止日期要求

？ Building and sustaining deep relationships with clients, managing projects to meet clients’ expectations
建立并维护良好的客户关系，进行项目管理，充分满足客户的需求

？ Managing risk and anticipating the range of possible solutions and follows up with research and analysis to reach sound conclusions

？ Managing the engaged team and assisting the engagement partner in carrying out quality consulting services to clients across various industries

？ Ensure the work quality of the team, the respect of working program, provide feedback to the Partner at the right time.

Job Responsibility & Accountability
岗位要求
？ Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance relevant disciplines from major universities in China or overseas
国内/国外重点大学会计或财务相关专业本科以上学历
？ At least five years relevant experience in accounting, auditing or internal control
五年以上会计、审计或内控相关工作经验
？ Analytical mindset with good commercial sense and business experience, with ability to provide consulting solutions to clients, based on their business processes
具有良好商业意识、业务经验和分析性思维, 能够结合客户业务流程，提供咨询方案
？ Knowledge of internal control process, practical experience is preferred
对内控流程有一定的了解，如果有实践经验者优先
？ Knowledge on ERP systems and IT tools would be a plus such as SAP, Power BI
对ERP系统和IT应用工具了解者优先
？ A strong command of oral and written Chinese and English,

？ A good team player, responsible and dedicated to work under high pressure
