Job Description: 1.配合公司的发展方向策略及新开发产品, 重点工作是开拓新客户资源;带领销售团队完成公司的销售战略目标; Support company's development strategy, promote and popularize new products,major resposibility is developing new customer. Leading sales team to finish the strategy sales target; 2.建立和维护新客户关系; 完成客户洽谈, 跟进和后期维护工作; Set up and keep good relationship with new customers;Follow-up and maintain after business discussion; 3.负责辖区市场信息的收集及竞争对手的分析; Responsible for market information gathering and competitor's analyses; 4.负责技术交流及销售活动的策划和执行,完成销售任务; Responsible for technical communication ,make sales plan and execute it,finish sales task; 5.管理维护客户关系以及客户间的长期战略合作计划。 Maintain customer relationship and keep long-term strategy cooperation. 任职资格: Requirements: 1.30-45岁优先,本科以上学历, 理工科类如高分子材料、有机化学、机械、电子等相关专业优先; 30~35优先 years old,Bachelor degree or above,Science and engineering subjects such as polymer materials, organic chemistry, machinery, electronics and other related majors are preferred; 2.有5年以上的粘合剂销售工作及团队管理经验; At least 5 years of adhesive sales team management experience; 3.良好的沟通、协调和组织能力; Good communication, coordination and organization skills; 4.英语四级以上,沟通优良者优先; At least CET-4 or above,good English communication skills is preferred.
