Responsibilities Presales 15% 1) Prepare presentations and demonstrations to potential customer 2) Collect and define user requirements and preparation of solution proposals 3) Provide feasibility studies of large-scale and complicated proposals
Account Management 15% 1) Build long term relationship with all levels at customer organization and project management 2) Seek opportunities for upselling potentials and close deals
Project Management and Project Delivery 70% 1) Systematic implementation of process and potential analyses 2) Planning and implementation of projects, including the global and China regional projects 3) Support product enhancement for customer change request 4) Building and collaboration in advisory business environment for customer projects (preparation, implementation, rollout and continuous improvement) 5) Feedback and monitor operational problems with responsible SupplyOn teams after project go-live
Requirements and Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates) 1) Professional working experience for 3 to 5 years. Preferred either of the options: - IT consulting environment such as ERP, SRM, SCM implementation - Client business environment such as purchasing process and system management 2) Good business know-how, especially in the area of strategic purchasing, supplier management, supplier logistics and quality management 3) Willingness to travel approximately to 30% 4) Education and other requirements - Bachelor or higher, major in Computer Science, Engineering or Economics - Excellent communication skill, if fluent in both spoken and written English will be nice - Quick learner and self-motivated, work as a team player
