RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in collecting related market intelligence for product launches, consolidating product information and building up the product content library
· Assist in executing effective content management across all brand channels, ensure proper and up-to-date archiving of marketing content and materials, including brochures and other collaterals, merchandize/corporate gifts – both for onboard marketing/operation and shoreside marketing use
· Work with the external agencies to coordinate the execution of Marketing and Communications projects
· Assist in the inventory management of marketing collaterals and merchandize/corporate gifts
· Assist in consolidating and tracking the marketing budget by function, agency, project
· Other work and administrative duties assigned by VP of Brand Marketing and Marcom Senior Manager
QUALIFICATION PROFILE
· Bachelor degree or above in the fields of Advertising, Marketing, Communication or Tourism
· At least 2 years of working experience in a field related to Advertising, Marketing or Communications
· Excellent organizational, project coordination/management and communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
· Good team player, highly motivated with strong initiative, responsible, passionate about marketing and enjoy working in the travel and hospitality industry
